Earning a lot of money will only get you halfway to being wealthy.  You can have the best business model, a killer conversion rate, the top product, plus the highest margins and still die broke.  Maybe I’m being a little melodramatic but nevertheless, the fact remains, earning a lot of money by itself will not make you rich.

Making tons of cash will get you halfway there. If you make a lot of money consider yourself fortunate, there are many in the world who earn far less than you. Don’t squander your fortune, treat it carefully and someday you may really be wealthy.

If you have ever read the book The Millionaire Next Door, you’ll know that one of the best ways to become rich is to start your own business.  What this study of wealthy Americans also revealed is that people become rich not just by earning a lot of money but also by being smart with their cash once they have earned it.
